Information we collect

We collect account details such as your email address, business or brand name, and workspace membership. A beta request also includes the business type and primary platform you select, plus campaign attribution included in the page URL. Public contact requests include your email address and the request type you choose. If you send feedback while signed in, we store your message, the product page it came from, and your account and workspace identity so the team can review it and follow up.

If you use the product, we process the photos, captions, hashtags, publishing settings, scheduled times, and platform delivery status needed to provide the workflow. We also retain limited technical logs, usage counts, and hashed request identifiers for reliability, security, and abuse prevention.

How we use information

• Review beta applications and provide account access.
• Generate editable content and prepare or deliver posts you confirm.
• Operate scheduling, recovery, security controls, and customer support.
• Understand whether the beta workflow is reliable and useful.

We do not sell customer personal information or use customer photos and captions for advertising.

Service providers

PromoSteps relies on service providers to host the application and database, store media, send authentication messages, generate optional AI-assisted copy, and connect to supported social platforms. Current providers include Vercel, Supabase, Google Gemini, and Upload-Post. Social platforms process confirmed posts under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and security

Customer media is stored in a private bucket and served through authenticated application routes. We keep beta application and workspace data while the account is active or as needed to operate and secure the service. Because self-service deletion is not yet available, contact support to request access, correction, or deletion.
